Athletes have been using Chia seeds for thousands of years because they are loaded with protein, healthy fats, and fiber. In this latest edition of 1 Minute Clinic, Raw food Chef Sophie Jaffe shows you how to make a yummy Green Dream Chia Seed Pudding.
1 can of full fat coconut milk
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon of Greenbee honey
A few drops of vanilla
9 tablespoons of chia seeds
2 tablespoons of Green Dream blend
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
Pour all ingredients into a bowl and give them a good mix. Place into jars and then place them in into the fridge for about an hour to set the pudding. You can add your favorite toppings.
