Chef Jamie Gwen Shows You How to Make This Healthy Apple Crisp

Green apples are good for you as they are the most nutritious fruits you can find. Chef Jamie Gwen shows you how to make this healthy apple crisp in this latest edition of 1 Minute Clinic.

Here are the ingredients:

-- 6 Green apples (peeled, cored, and thinly sliced)
--Half cup of apple butter
--2 cups of grape-nuts cereal

Here are the directions:

1. Toss the apple slices with the apple butter in a mixing bowl and place them in an 8x8" baking pan sprayed with all-natural non-sticking spray
2. Scatter the cereal evenly over the apples and bake at 350 F for 45 minutes
